SINGLETON, SR., Elijah Entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 9, 2006 in Houma, Louisiana, Mr. Elijah Singleton, Sr. (formerly of Yonges Island, SC); beloved father of Elijah Singleton, Jr., Darrell L. Singleton, Sr., Miesha McGuire, Darnesha McGuire, and Elijah Singleton, Sr. and those of his children, grandchildren, sisters, LaVerne Singleton, Flessie Bernard Singleton, Minnie Pearl Carmena, and Lillian Carmena; those of his uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services on Monday, June 19, 2006, 12 Noon at Mt. Horr AME church, 4360 Highway 174 (Edisto Road) Hollywood, SC. Rev. Clementa Pinckney, officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Horr AME Church Cemetery.
