I offer my condolences to Mrs. Julia Brown and all of Mr. Elijah's children and family members. I have fond memories of Elijah at the People's Building. He was always kind to me and my husband. He would laugh and wink at me when Bruce & I first started dating and would meet in the lobby of the building to go to lunch. Mr. Brown was a valued client of ours at Harris & Murray Insurance and then at the Mappus Insurance Agency. "Y'all take care now!" was always so nice to hear from him. Again, I am so sorry for you loss.
