I was shocked too when I saw David's obituary. I met and worked with David in S-area in the early 90's. He was such a nice guy and joy to be around. I don't think I will ever forget him. I remember him now with a big smile. I am so sorry for your loss.

Sydney, David and Amanda,

Chris and I could not be more saddened for the loss of David. We truly consider it an honor to have known him, laughed with him and to have been able to share in your lives. We are praying for you now and will continue to do so--we are right up the street if you all need anything, whatsoever.

He was so kind to us, was a joy to talk to, and taught Chris a thing or two about fixing the washer. It's obvious he touched and was loved by many. Please don't hesitate to call on us and we will be in touch soon.

Much Love,

Kelley Kryshtalowych

I am so sadden by the loss of a very special member of our family. I feel such grief for my Brother, Bill and Judy, Sydney and children, Melody and Theresa. It just seems so unfair for them to have to say goodbye to a wonderful husband, father and son. The good part is having known such a kind and gentle man with the cutest kid like grin. It is an honor to know that no one can speak a mean word about him.I hope you all can find comfort in some way to help you heal and cherish the wonderful memories you have been given from his life. All my love to all of you, again, I am so very sorry.

Sydney,

I am shocked and saddened beyond words, all who know you, are aware of the loss you feel, and the grief you are going through. You and David had the kind of marriage most people can only dream about and hope for. We are so sorry for your loss, but greatful for the love that we know the two of you shared. Please know that you are in our hearts, prayers, and thoughts.

Sydney, my wife and I send to you and the kids our deepest compassion for your loss. We are shocked to hear that David, being so young, has gone to be with our Lord. David and I were child-hood friends who always did everything together. Including, picking-on Teresa and Melody (as young boys do, to their sisters). Bill and Judy were like my mom and dad away from home. Although my military career has taken me away, I have always looked to David as a brother. Karen and I wish we could be there to comfort you in your sorrow.

Sincerely,

Phill & Karen Harden

Sydney and Family,

I pray the strength of the Lord will be with you at this time and the many nights ahead. You & David had a love that was beautiful. We all cherished you as a couple and a family. David was so proud of and loved you, David and Amanda. And, he has always been there for all of us. We will miss "MacGuyver".

Few people make it through life without giving some king of gift to another. Amazingly, we probably never realize a majority of our gifts we pass along. As I ponder the death of my cousin David, I can’t help but recall a vivid memory that I have captured for the rest of my life. David taking my family salt water fishing at Edisto Island was a life changing event for me and gave me a love for fishing that I still cherish today. For that, I am forever grateful as his time spent with me as a teenager will never leave my memory.

Although we have been separated by geography for over a decade, I have never forgotten his reserved, kind nature and dedication to family. To Sydney and children, my family sends our deepest sympathy for your loss of a great husband and father. To the proud parents, Aunt Judy and Uncle Bill, I know the grief is heavy and I salute your triumph of raising extraordinary children that leave an indelible mark as they pass through our lives.
