The family will receive friends following the funeral ceremony until 8 o'clock that evening in The Harbiston Stateroom of the Mortuary. Born March 30, 1959, a native of Chicago, Illinois he made Walterboro his home since a young age. He was formerly a foreman with Wilson Tree Company and was a member of Doctor's Creek Baptist Church. He will be fondly remembered for his love of fishing fresh water creeks and rivers and for always being a loving, kind, and compassionate person who was a friend to many. Boensch, Jr. of Walterboro, Benjamin Boensch of Rowesville, and Frances Murdaugh of Walterboro; and two half-siblings, Faith Beach Nettles of Ruffin and Allen Beach of Athens, Georgia. There are five grandchildren, Hunter Welch, Micki Welch, Rozlyn Morris, Zackary Beach, and Suzie Lynn Meyer that also survive. He was preceded in death by two step-sisters, Kathy Boensch Breland and Alice "Boo" Boensch Metzendorf. In lieu of flowers, the family has respectfully requested that memorial contributions be directed in his memory to the charity of one's choice. For those that so desire, memorial messages and thoughts of condolence, as well as memorable recollections of Mr. Beach may be shared with the family at the online guestbook, www.briceherndonfuneralhome.com. SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. I'M A FRIEND OF A FAMILY MEMBER, BUT THE PAIN THAT A FRIEND GOES THROUGH IS JUST THE SAME AS YOUR FAMILY. I'M SORRY

David was very much a free spirit. He met no stranger and was a happy go lucky brother-in-law to me. He helped us out with no hesitation during may family crisis, and was there for family celebrations. I pray the Lord will hold you dear sister, Jane, Becky, Christy, and Cranny and Annelle in His arms to comfort you. May the memories of his life keep still your heart. Love always, Kathy, Jimmy, Dana, and Katy
