Daniel Burton "D.B." Asbill Batesburg-Leesville, SC Daniel Burton "D.B." Asbill, 92, passed away Monday, December 11, 2017. Graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 13, at Ridge Spring Cemetery with visitation following the service. Mr. Asbill was born in Ridge Spring, SC, the son of the late Willie Breeton Asbill and Blanche Boatwright Asbill. He retired from DuPont and owned Asbill's Feed, Seed & Furniture. He bred and trained award winning field trial beagles. He was a member of West Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, Joseph Mason Asbill; daughters: Julie Anne Asbill Speaker and Susan Annette Asbill; sister: Mary Francise Hudgins; grandchildren: Nicholas Crawford and Tanya Asbill Knutsen; great- grandchildren: Mason Michael Knutsen and Owen Burton Crawford. He was predeceased by his wife, Rosa Carolyn Asbill and son, Breeton Alfred Asbill. Memorials may be made to West Creek Baptist Church, 248 Church Road, Batesburg, SC 29006.
