Christopher R. Starnes Summerville - Christopher R. Starnes, 33, of Summerville, husband of Erin Elizabeth Starnes, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018 at his residence. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 11 o'clock until hour of service at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Service will begin at 12 o'clock. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Dorchester Paws 136 4 Paws Lane, Summerville, SC 29483. Christopher was born on September 26, 1984 in Lexington, SC, son of Randy Starnes of Lexington, SC and Janet Starnes Gaston, SC. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and Archery. He loved working on the farm and was always doing something for someone. He most of all loved spending time with his family. Survivors including his wife Erin are: two sons: Ethan Starnes and Jacob Starnes both of Lexington; one sister: Syrena Curry (Scott) of Elgin; two nieces: Caitlyn Curry and Cassidie Curry; in-laws: Joe Ocasek and Marleen Ocasek of Charleston; brother-in-law: Adam Ocasek (Kimberly); niece: Annie Ocasek; nephew: Daniel Ocasek; grandmother: Mamie Barr of Wagner, SC; grandparents: Margaret and Owens Starnes.
