I was an associate at Nuclear Inspection Division at CNSYD. Charlie and I spent four months at Pearl Harbor on special assignment. We roomed together and got to be pretty good friends. He was a quiet gentleman, a pleasure to know.

I grew up with Charles at Spring Hill Baptist Church in Cottageville. Memories of those days spending time at their home are always pleasant. Rest in peace.
