Catherine Bryant Obituary

BRYANT, Catherine Catherine Mason Bryant, 70, of Moncks Corner, died Saturday at a North Charleston hospital. The funeral will be at 11 a.m., Monday, at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL. Burial will be in Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery, Scotia, SC at 3 p.m. Mrs. Bryant was born November 20, 1935 in Bethune, SC; a daughter of Marion C. Mason and Hazel Deason Mason. She was a graduate of Spartanburg Methodist College. She was a member of the Moncks Corner United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Richard K. (Sam) Bryant, Sr. of Moncks Corner; son, Richard K. (Misty) Bryant, Jr. of Georgetown; three daughters, Cathy B. (Bobby) Gatchel of North Charleston, Hazel B. Shore of Moncks Corner, Susan B. "Vinnie" (Albert) Scampini of Moncks Corner; brother, Homer P. Mason of Cordesville; a very special sister-in-law, Cathy Mason; and ten grandchildren. Friends may call RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m ., Sunday afternoon.
