Dear Mrs. Bethard: My husband and I met Brett at the Firestone shop on Folly Road at least a decade ago. We have been loyal customers of the brand through the years simply because of Brett. His passing is a loss not only to the family and friends, but to the community as well.

Jennifer there are no words to tell you how much my heart breaks. Thinking of you and the kids, you're in my prayers always. Love you.

My heart is broken by the news of Brett...such a great person who made a positive lasting impression on every person he came in contact with. He was one of a kind and I am a better person because of the impact he had on me.
