I am so very sorry for the loss of such a kind man and so learned in his abilities as a construction inspector and his even and cool-headed temperament will forever be missed in our lives and my industry of sitework construction. I have worked along side Bill for over 30 years and his presence and abilities as an inspector will be forever missed. May God Bless his family and friends as we remember the kind man he always was to us and everyone he met.
