Betty Bryson Obituary

BRYSON, Betty Betty Lou Burn Bryson, 80, wife of Harry B. Bryson, of Hendersonville, NC, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 21, 2008. The relatives and friends of Betty Bryson are invited to attend her Funeral Service at the cryptside on Friday, October 24, 2008 in Carolina Memorial Gardens at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Betty was born March 22, 1928 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Marion O. Burn and Minnie Koester Burn. She was raised in Charleston and moved to Hendersonville, North Carolina in 1985. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Harry Bryson of Hendersonville, NC; son, Russell N. Bradley and his wife, Karen, of Spartanburg, SC; sister, Jean B. Wallace of Mt. Pleasant, SC; brother, Marion O. Burn of Huger, SC; step-daughters, Julia J. Ray of Fairview, NC and Elizabeth B. Jordan of Fletcher, NC; nieces, Delores G. Hollen of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Colleen G. Vincent of Beaufort, SC and Kimberly G. Litaker of Hollywood, SC; and a nephew, John C. Gregory, Jr. of Summerville, SC. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Russell Earl Bradley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Elizabeth House at Four Seasons Hospice, 571 A. Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
