Sending my condolences to Ms. Barbara's family. She was smart, sweet, and very independent. I enjoyed being able to work with her. I will remember every word of wisdom she shared with me. Rest Peacefully Ms. Barbara.

I met Barbara at MUSC where she was the "grand dame" of the Obstetrics & Gynecology Department. Not only was she a wonderful colleague, but she was devoted to the physicians and their patients. I remember how she served Dr Hester, one of the first chairs, as his RIGHT hand in all that he accomplished. I often saw Barbara at lunch with friends and will never forget her infectious smile and laugh! She will be remembered forever to all of those whose lives she touched. Rest in peace, knowing you were so loved and appreciated.
