Barbara Tafuri Mt. Pleasant - Barbara Mary Tafuri, 90, of Mount Pleasant, SC, widow of Joseph Tafuri, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at St. John's Catholic Church, 3921 St. John's Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405. Born July 8, 1930 in Plantsville, CT, she was a daughter of the late Fredrick Sarvi and Mary Kubacker Sarvi. She is survived by her children, Reverend Brother Spencer Andrew Tafuri, Charles Tafuri, Joanne Krazit and Nina Tafuri. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road.
