Barbara Steadman Obituary

STEADMAN, Barbara Barbara A. Steadman 66 of Ladson, SC passed on Friday, November 9, 2007. Barbara was born February 1, 1941 in Chicago, IL. After moving to the Charleston area in her early 20's she began a career in Interior Design. Her passion for design and detail of homes, spread throughout the southeastern United States. She was honored to work on projects such as the Charleston Symphony Designer House, Battery Carriage House and was featured in trade publications such as Southern Accent, Who's Who of the South and Charleston Home and Design. Barbara is survived by four children, daughters Kimberly Pieper, Samantha Baturin, two sons Chris Tidwell and Sebastian Steadman, son in laws Albert Pieper and Ricky Baturin, daughter in law Brenda Tidwell and six grandchildren; Will, Payton, Andrew, Ryan, Daniel and Chloe A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 13 at Faith Assembly of God Church, 337 Farmington Road, Summerville, SC. Family and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to Faith Assembly of God Church, 337 Farmington Road, Summerville, SC 29483 in honor of Barbara Steadman.
