Ann, Joanie, Joe Debbie and family, I am sorry to hear about your mom´s passing. She was such an incredible lady and one of my mom´s very best friends! Mom seemed to always be on the phone with "Barbara" when I sent by her house. She brought so much life to all that knew her. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days. May you find peace and joy in all of your wonderful memories of her. Paula and Joe Marion

My condolences to the whole family. I did not personally know Barbara but knew her sweet daughters Ann and Debbie. My parents were just 4 years older and lived through much of the the sane things Barbara did. We are blessed having been raised by that generation of parents. I did not know that Barbara was an Army wife so I better understand why she raised such good daughters that I knew. I hope that the Detyen's family will know their friends care. God bless!

Oh sweet Detyens family
"Eyes have not seen, nor ears heard, what God has prepared for those who love Him."
My heart is just so full thinking of your precious Mama. I surely loved her dearly. Those sweet afternoon chats meant more to me than I can say. She had the most beautiful way of loving her children and grands, and she could make you laugh and feel so special all at once.
Heaven gained a true angel, and I can only imagine the rejoicing as she arrived. My whole family thought the world of her.
We are holding you close in our hearts and lifting you up in love and prayers.
