Ever so much more than a neighbor, she was just like a grandmother to my child and any child that stumbled into her yard. She will be missed, but we have so many memories in hearts and she has made us all stronger because she was a part of our lives. I wish more families could have what all of the McLane family members have, unity, love and devotion to each other and all they befriend. God Bless you all and the may the many memories keep you strong though this difficult time. We will miss you truly Barb...

Mom ,I never thought this day would come.It has come to soon,We all thought that you would be coming home. What are we gonna do? I lost my best friend! Who am I going to confide in ? Get guidance ? Tell my problems to? Lean on ? Who's gonna teach me to cook all the new recipes or those special dinners from the food channel? Sew clothes for the grandkids? You were such a big part in our lives and you were taken from us .WHY?? You were the greatest mother ever! You were always there when we needed you.I thank god for you everyday. You were the best grandma the kids could ask for. You were everybodies grandma.Everybody loved you so. You would give the shirt off your back to make someone needed it.So loving ,caring You always put others first. No matter how sick you were you still managed to do what you had to do just to help us out. You were a strong woman and I know you gave us the last five days you had.I know you wanted to give up sat when you went to the hospital but you toughed it out for us for five days and I thank you for that . Even though we are in pain down here I know you are with Brandon rejoicing in heaven and in no pain breathing easier. You will always me my best friend, the best mom , the best grandmother anyone could ask for.I thank god for everyday we had you.You were an amazing person and oh so strong.I know we will see you again in a better place. It hurts so bad I don't know what to do! I miss you so much I LOVE YOU MOM!!!!! I LOVE YOU ! xoxo Kathy
