Peggy and the Snipe's Family, it was with sadness that I learned of Arnold death...and I send my condolences to all of you. I was the Director of Guidance
at Wando High School, Arnold was one of the students I worked with as counselor. He was a manly gentleman and respectful to others. He was an
outstanding person and his death is a great lost to his family and community.
I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers, may the Spirit of
God bring healing and peace to you and your family.
