Alexander "Alex" Steven Tanton Ladson - Alexander "Alex" Steven Tanton, 27, of Ladson, husband of Brittany Tanton, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at his residence. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 7 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted by the family, or memorial donations may be made to Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Rd., N. Charleston, SC 29406. Alex was born on August 28, 1994 in Rota, Spain, son of James Tanton of Summerville and Kathryn Fox of Summerville. He graduated from Ashley Ridge High School and received his Bachelor's degree from College of Charleston. He enjoyed playing basketball, watching "YouTube" and playing video games and computer games. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, including his fur babies. Survivors, in addition to his wife, Brittany, and parents are: sister, Lauren Tanton of N.
