Tamara Guidry Obituary

My daughter showed me a picture of Lauren that was posted. I actually thought it was a pic of Tammy. Twins. Thanks Tammy for stopping in and visiting in my dreams. It's always nice to experience your presence. You're not forgotten. Love Nina

A few years ago, through genealogy, I discovered that we were cousins. We exchanged so much information between us. I was shocked at her passing. I wish I could tell her how much I've discovered about our ancestors. I'm sure she would have loved to hear it. Rest easy.

It's been 3 years since I've posted and I often think about Tammy. She visits in my dreams from time to time and my children share with me their dreams of her also. We noticed that these dreams of her have a common theme. Peace, Love, and Joy! Loving and missing you Tammy. You will never be forgotten. Nina

I pulled out the family photos and was looking at your picture,
Wondering why you couldn't be a part of our future.
Uncontrollably, tears streamed down my face,
while my heart beat raced at a very fast pace.
Asking God why he took you from us in this way,
it was more painful than words could ever say.
We still needed you to be here,
you were the one who sought peace and gave a listening ear.
You are a part of Lauren and Lauren is a part of you, but when you died a part of us all died too.
It is so very hard to lose someone you'll always love
until the day you went to heaven to be with God above.
Even though I remain here and seems like I can't understand or see,
I know you're up there watching over Lauren and the rest of the family.
