Patricia Cox Obituary

Mrs. Patricia Ann "Pat" Cox, 70, of North Augusta, SC, wife of Duane Cox, entered into rest on Monday, February 2, 2026.

Born in Kingston, GA, and a resident of Rome, GA, until age 16, she is the daughter of the late Earl and Gladys Crunkerton Dotson.

Miss Pat was formerly employed by the Swint Division of the Graniteville Company, where shea Weaver. She enjoyed crocheting, fishing, and time with her family. Miss Pat looked forward to the weekly UNO game with family.

Along with her husband, family members include sons, Freddie (Billie Jo) Hilliard and George Hilliard, siblings, J.R. Dotson, George Dotson, Burl Dotson, John Glenn Dotson, Anne Russell and Patsy Tillery, Duane's son, Duane (Brittany) Cox, Jr and grandchildren, Krystal (Michael) Runyon, Robert Hilliard, Kayla Hilliard, Layla Cox, Ryleigh Cox and Levi Cox.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 5 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC. Pastor Dexter Lambert will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
