Randall Few Obituary

Randall "Randy" Few
Florence - Randall Curtis "Randy' Few, died of a heart attack at his home in Florence on February 28, 2022.
His memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 11, 2022 at Cedar Creek Church, Banks Mill Campus with Pastor Phillip Lee officiating.
He was the former Golf Professional at the County Club of South Carolina, and Head Professional at the Hartsville Country Club, Windemere Club in Columbia and Houndslake Club in Aiken.
Randy was a graduate of Francis Marion University in Florence, playing on the golf team and later becoming South Carolina Open Champion.
Randy will be remembered most for his contagious smile and enormous heart. He never met a stranger and knew exactly how to talk to people. He loved the Lord and was active at Grace Baptist Church in Florence. He loved his two girls, Meredith and Melissa more than anything and had the best Christmas spending it with them this past year. He constantly informed his daughters, "I'm proud of you girl." Randy was an athlete his whole life and was a very avid drummer and was even the neighborhood Tooth Fairy at one point. Golf was his game and he could play it and he could teach it....and we know "Pro" is playing his best 18 in Heaven.
Randy is survived by his mother, Frances Collins Few; his father, Theron (Darlene) Few of Raleigh, NC; daughters, Melissa Burnett (Richard) and Meredith Few (Siara Shelton), of Aiken, SC; his younger brother, Dr. Gary Few (Jeannie) of Birmingham, AL; and his grandchildren, RJ and JB.
He was preceded in death by his older brother, Michael Few.

Randy was the nicest man one would ever meet. A smile that will live on. He was a huge help in my golf career.
Mostly,he was just a good man who loved his family. I just saw this (almost 3 years later)

Our prayers are with Gary, Jeannie and the entire Few family at this time. I always looked forward to the pro member golf tournament and Randy was always a sought after pro! Always a gentleman and making great golf look easy and encouraging us as we tried to keep up. Great memories with Randy and I will remember him as a great example to others and anyone that knew him was fortunate for that privilege.
