Survivors: wife of 61 years, Jean McNair Frederick; son Phillip William "Bill" (Renee;) Frederick Jr.; and daughter Carol Frederick (Tim) Bolen; four beloved grandchildren and a great-grandchild: Lauren Elisabeth Byars, Timothy "Grant" Bolen, Natalie Jean Bolen, Reid Hampton Bolen, and Jackson Edward Byars.
Preceded in death by: grandson Phillip William "Will" Frederick III
