AS A STUDENT OF HIS AT JEFFERSON ELEMENTARY UNTIL HIS ILLNESS, HE WAS A TRUE FRIEND TO ME. GOD BLESS HIS FAMILY FOR SHARING SO UNSELFISHLY.

A true wonderful awesome man, whom truly loves and cares about his people, you will truly be miss,

Rev.Dr. Nathaniel Irvin a man who wore many hats and they all fit him well. I thank God for allowing him to touch my life. He will be missed. He worked for the Lord Jesus and now he is "absent from the body present with his Lord"(2 Cor.5:8).

I'm going to miss you more than you will ever know! Thank you for ALWAYS being there for us and teaching us things that we will never forget. I love you......

Another life touched through Rev. Irvin. I thank God for such an obedient disciple.

Rev Irvin was one of my favorite teachers from LBC High School. He was a great man who treated everyone with kindness and compassion. I loved his laugh! The world is a better place because of him. Thank you Irvin family for sharing such a wonderful person with the rest of us!

Reverend Doctor Nathaniel Irvin Senior dedicated his life to living for Christ and serving others. We will greatly miss Rev. Irvin. Thank you for sharing him with us.

To know Rev. Irvin was to admire and love him. He gave so much of himself in endless ways. A man of God. Loving family man. Educator and Humanitarian.

I respectfully extend my condolences to Rev Irvin's family. The Reverend was special because he was so very versatile and remained relevant spiritually and worldly. As one of Dr. King's spiritual soldiers, he was a true treasure in the Greater Augusta, Georgia/Aiken, South Carolina region. I am personally privileged to have met with him several times to share in poignant personal discussions. His gift of leadership, mentorship and spiritual guidance is already missed. God has truly gained one of his special Angels. Rest In Peace, Rev. Nathaniel - You truly earned and deserve your place on High.

Dr. Irvin was a great servant leader who found joy in ministering to not only members of the Old Storm Branch Baptist Church but to those like me who had the benefit of getting to know him. Thank God for the scope and impact of his ministry. May his family and friends always cherish the memories resulting from his love, leadership, teaching, service and sacrifices.

I will always remember Rev Irvin as a great mentor during my initial teaching years at Jefferson High School, Bath SC. My prayers are with the Irvin family during their season of loss and sorrow.

My life is so much richer and wiser by knowing Rev.Irvin all of my life. He was truly a wonderful Pastor, Teacher and Counselor to many. My thoughts and prayers are with the Irvin family.

Rev. Irvin and I taught together in 1969 and 1970. He invited me to his church, and I went and was received with the warmth and graciousness you would expect from him. It was a precious coming together of people in a troubled time. I have never forgotten him.

I only knew of Rev. Irvin by reputation, which was stellar, and I am sorry to hear of his passing. May God comfort you as you grieve his loss.

A life well lived by one who was loved dearly by so may. The apostle Paul tells us that something better than our current lives, namely being in the presence of God, awaits us after death, when we depart from our bodies. Rev. Irvin was TRULY "God's servant.

To the Irvin family I'm so sorry for your loss. Rev, Irvin was my teacher many years ago.but when he saw me he would say Abney I know who you are and your family.I loved him and respected him he will be missed we loved him but God loved him more. Again I'm sorry for your lost.

Rev. Irvin and I taught together in the late sixties. He invited me to his church, and I went and was received with the warmth and goodness that touched everything he did. He was a beacon for that period, and I'm so blessed that our black and white lives touched.
