Aunt Minnie was a quiet and pleasant spirit. Also, she was a great cook and we have enjoyed through the years many good meals at her table. Auntie you will be missed but not forgotten. Mrs.Mitchell was truly a gift to me. She watched me grow up. I cherished the times we spent together and learning from her as I grew from a small girl into the woman I am today. I will always have a special place in my heart for her and will cherish the memories I have forever.
