Mike Cromer Obituary

Mike Cromer, 66, went to his eternal home, fully healed by his Lord, and joining his Daddy and Mama, on Monday, August 18, 2025.

The family will greet friends on Thursday evening, August 21, 2025, from 6 PM until 8 PM at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, South Carolina 29829. A Celebration of Life service will be at 2 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025, in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, South Carolina.

Pallbearers will be Jyrell Shedd, Carl Riddick, Jerry Rucker, Sean Johnson, Darrel Hall, and Landon Aubuchon. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Midland Valley Fire Department and Tri-Development Center West.

Memorials may be made to the Tri-Development Center, 5080 Jefferson Davis Highway, Beech Island, South Carolina 29842.

Left to cherish Mike's memory, are his brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Susan Rucker Cromer, of Bath, South Carolina.

Mike was born in Aiken, South Carolina to the late Kenneth and Peggy Fain Cromer. He attended Tri-Development Center West and Mercy Gate Church.

Mike was a special young man who loved hugs, smiles, and everyone. He had a pure innocent heart. He loved tasty foods like pancakes and sausage, McD's hamburgers, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, Krispy Kreme donuts, and a Coca-Cola and with a Reese Cup or a Little Debbie Oatmeal Pie.

Mike loved Greenjackets Baseball and the Gamecocks.

Mike loved music, especially Elvis Presley. He would quickly tell you that "he WAS Elvis." In his last few days on earth in the hospital, he had his headphones on, eyes closed, a smile on his face, and a hand and foot tapping to the beat of an Elvis song.
