Mark Dossey Obituary
BEECH ISLAND - Mr. Mark Allen Dossey, 57, of Beech Island SC, husband of Glenda Tice Dossey, entered into rest on Friday, April 2, 2021, in the comfort of his home.
Born in Slaton, Texas and a resident of Aiken County, SC, for the past thirty-one years, he was a son of Tommie Jean Golden Dossey and the late Billy Dossey. Mr. Dossey worked at TTX railroad, in the Hamburg Division, as a welder and fabricator. He enjoyed golfing, bonfires, was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan, and most of all spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife and parents, family members include his children, Michael Tinsley (Brittany), Amy Broome (Stevie), Amanda Garvin (Travis), siblings, Charles Dossey (Jennifer), Isaac Dossey (Kim), Jimmy Dossey (Linda), Marcia Karriker (Bill), grandchildren, Cheyenne Broome, Colby Tinsley, Georgia Scott, Eli Broome, Sebastian Cheek, great grandchildren, Landon Brock, Autumn Scott, Ezekiel Tinsley, and Summer Scott.
The family will greet friends on Monday, April 5, 2021, beginning at 4 o'clock at Restore Church, 2739 Jefferson Davis Highway Graniteville, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 5 o'clock in the chapel. Pastor Philip Harris will officiate.
