Mable Wright Obituary
AUGUSTA, GA - Funeral Services for Mrs. Mable C. Wright, 93, of Augusta, GA, who entered into rest August 10, 2017, will be conducted Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Reverend Harold Jones officiating. Interment in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Wright was a native of Avera, Georgia, having made Augusta her life-long residence. She was a retired Cashier with the former Big Star of North Augusta for many years, having retired from Food Lion. She was a Baptist and enjoyed her yard, family and friends. Mrs. Wright was predeceased by a son, Reggie Hilliard, a daughter, Jackie J. Smith and a great grandchild, Drew Passmore.
Survivors include two sons, Rick (Linda) Hilliard and Robert E. Hilliard all of Augusta; two daughters, Shirley (Bob) Campbell, Lincolnton and Lisa (Bubba) Smith, Clarks Hill; a daughter-in-law, Jean Hilliard, Dearing; twelve grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Chad Hilliard, Trey Keenan, Kenneth Wade Hilliard, Hunter Via, Campbell Passmore and Liam Keenan.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 until 8.

I worked with her at Big Star back in the 70's. To this day, I don't think I have met a nicer Person than Mable - my condolences to her Family.

I am so sorry for the families loss. Ms Mable will be missed very much. She is in a better place no more suffering nor pain she is with our Heavenly Father. She is running on the streets of gold. She is watching over each of you and she loves yal very much...
