Joyce Vickers Obituary
Clarks Hill - Ms. Joyce Johnson Vickers, age 89, beloved wife of the late Mr. William G. Vickers, entered into rest on Friday January 21, 2022 at her home. She is survived by her sons, William Bruce Vickers, Darryl Vickers; daughters, Sharon Sue Vickers-Angelos, Vonney Annette Vickers; brother, Danny Lee Johnson; sisters, Janice Lanier, Jennine Daniels; grandchildren, Jamey Angelos, Gabriel, Christopher, Eric, Joshua, Derrick Vickers and Terra Powell; great grandchildren, Taylor Raby, Chloe Raby, Brett Marsh, Ryan Vickers, Cameron Powell, Tyler Powell, Brooklyn Vickers, Landon Vickers, Levi Vickers, Charlie Vickers; and great-great grandson, Rowen Raby. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry Johnson and Annie Sue Redd; and sister, Diane Freeman.
Ms. Vickers worked for Graniteville Company for many years where she started out as a weaver and later became a weave instructor. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. At this time no formal service is planned for Ms. Vickers. Napier Funeral Home, Inc. 315 Main St. Graniteville, SC 29829, has been entrusted with these arrangements.
