Johnny 'Buddy' Nunn
WAGENER - Mr. Johnny "Buddy" Ervin Nunn, 67, entered into rest, Sunday, June 4, 2023.
Buddy is the husband of Scarlett Poole Nunn, they have been married for 33 years. He is the loving father of Anthony Nunn and his wife Vangee, Alexandria "Alleigh" Nunn, and the late Austin Nunn. Buddy is the grandfather "Pa" of Brenna Nunn, Josh Nunn, Gaige Nunn, Derrick Nunn, and Garrick Kelly. He is the brother of Debbie Ryals and her husband the late Robert. He is the son of the late Johnnie H. Nunn and the late Bobbie D. Nunn. He is the nephew of Jimmy and Lois Derrick. Buddy is the son-in-law of Vondell Poole and the late Ira B. "Pedro" Poole. He is the brother-in-law of Sherry and Steve Barton, Pamela and Marty Williams, and Traci and Michael Dickson. Buddy has many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Buddy was a polymer operator at Carolina Eastman for 30 years. After he retired, he became owner and operator of Buddy's Heating and Air. Buddy enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson with his friends. He had a need for speed, tire smoke, and the smell of gasoline. He loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing on his tractors under the excuse of hunting while feeding the wildlife. Buddy was a man of strong character and had an infectious personality. He had a fun spirit and was always cutting up with everyone. He was the best secret keeper. Buddy loved his family and his many friends. He will be forever loved and missed.

Visitation will be 6-8 pm on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Graveside Service will be 11 am on Friday, June 9, 2023 at Perry Baptist Church Cemetery.
