Harry Butler Obituary

Harry A. Butler, Jr.
AIKEN - In Memory of Harry A. Butler, Jr., affectionately known as "Lil Skip" - From the heart of a grieving mother. Half of my heart left me in April 2015 and the other half left me November 2017 to be with his sister in heaven. Even though my hearts are gone too soon, I will live on knowing they are being watched over by God and my birth father. Though they are truly missed, I find comfort knowing they're in Heaven together on high. The agony is great and yet I will stand. Had I not loved so much, I would not hurt so much. But goodness knows, I would not want to diminish that precious love by one fraction of an ounce. Until my life here is done and my Heavenly Father calls me home-goodbye my loves, until we meet again. You will both live forever in my heart. With all my love, your Mother, Gladys Thompson Butler.
Funeral services for Harry will be private.
Friends may call the residence of his mother, 203 Wedgewood Rd, Aiken, SC 29803, or JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 Fairfield St. SE, Aiken, SC 29801 @ 803-649-6123.
