With deepest and heartfelt sympathy, G. L. Brightharp & Sons announces the transition of Ms. Rosa M. Prescott who entered into rest March 30, 2026.
Ms. Prescott, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Mims Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Rosemary (Tony) Mealing of Graniteville, SC and Paula (Russell) Lott of West Columbia, SC; three sisters, Mary Mims of North Augusta, SC, Katie Lou (Robert) Hood of Edgefield, SC and Mattie Jefferson of Augusta, GA; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, April 3, 2026 at Mims Grove Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
