H. Dudley Obituary
LANGLEY - Mr. H. Lee Dudley, 88, of Langley, SC, husband of the late Mary Barton Dudley, entered into rest on Saturday, May 15, 2021.
Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken, SC, he was a son of the late William Dudley Sr. and the late Avilann Widener Dudley.
He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps earning the rank of Lance Corporal. Lee worked at United Merchant and Manufacturers Clearwater Finishing Plant for fourteen years before going to Kimberly-Clark where he retired after twenty six years of service. He was a charter member and former deacon at Faith Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife and parents, family members include his children, Mylinda Simons(James H.), Melodie Buchanan(Neil), and Marcus Dudley(Christina), six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
The family will greet friends on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Graniteville, SC 29829. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 2 o'clock at Faith Baptist Church, 276 Flint Drive, Warrenville, SC 29851. Pastor Michael Brendle Sr. will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Wesley Johnikin, Gary Hitt, Richard Feagin Sr., Michael Brindle Jr., Paul Sweeney, and James Miller.
The family request in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association https://act.alz.org/site/SPageServer/.

I can´t believe it´s been three years since once we lost this good, decent Christian father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He was my uncle and I was privileged to have had him in my life.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know Uncle "Hasting" so much better over the last 5 years. I will always cherish our conversations, time together.
He was kind, thoughtful, smart and such a man of God.
