DANIEL DREVER Obituary

DREVER, DANIEL AUBREY - age 76, of Knoxville, passed away March 21, 2014. He was born July 8, 1937, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He was a Vietnam veteran and was stationed in S. Quadrons attached to the USS Constellation and based at NAS North Island in San Diego, California, and he was also stationed in Millington, Tennessee. He served in the US Navy for 24 years and retired in 1977 as a master chief avionics. He then continued service to the Navy as a civilian federal employee at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Washington, for another 15 years. In retirement, he and his wife lived in Tarpon Springs, Florida, and Knoxville, Tennessee, where he enjoyed planning their trips and traveling around the world. He is survived by his wife, Julianne Conway Drever; daughter, Debra Jones and husband Jeffery of Mooresville, NC; son, Keith Drever of Tampa, FL; two grandchildren, Sarah Keating and Mara Drever. A memorial service will be held at Ft. Rose Crans Cemetery in San Diego, California, later this coming summer. Announced by Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. www.mynattfh.com
