Geneva Dezelle Obituary
Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 11:00 am at Mt. Zion AME Church, 468 Howe Hall Rd., Goose Creek, SC 29445.
Interment will be in Plantation Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
Geneva was preceded in death by her brother, Isaiah McCray, Jr.
Those precious memories of Geneva McCray Dezelle will resound in the life of her loving and devoted husband: Adonis L Dezelle Sr.; Her sons: Sgt. Adonis (Tausha) Dezelle, Jr. of Hopemill, NC, and Adam (Eliza) Dezelle of Goose Creek, SC. Her daughters; Andrea (Nathaniel) Kinloch of Atlanta, GA, Ann (Robert) Holmes of Ladson, SC and Cheryl (Obadiah) Smith of Atlanta Ga. Seventeen grandchildren and nine great grand children. Siblings; Alma (Eddie) Johnson of Goose Creek, SC, Juanita (Johnnie) Grant of Goose Creek, SC, Willie (Janice) McCray, of North Charleston, SC, Frank (Jessie) McCray of Goose Creek, of SC, Hattie Okoye of Atlanta, Ga. and Anthony (Tammie) McCray of Goose Creek, SC. One sister-in-law Mary McCray of Goose Creek, SC. Host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
On behalf of this bereaved family, we humbly solicit all prayers of consolation and comfort as they transition through this difficult time.
