Margie Eubanks Obituary
AIKEN, SC - Margie Garvin Eubanks, 93, of Aiken, SC passed away December 11, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on May 5, 1921 in Wagener, SC to Brantley and Nora Garvin.
She was a nurse at Aiken Regional Medical Center for many years. She was a member of Darien Baptist Church.
Margie is survived by her daughter Lynn (Steve) Talbert of Aiken; two sons, Larry (Susan) Eubanks of Aiken, and Steve Eubanks of Wagener; and her brother, Theron "Tim" (Margaret) Garvin of Aiken; 7 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Eubanks, her two sisters, Naomi Johns and Lucille Adkinson; and her parents, Brantley and Nora Rish Garvin.
A memorial service will be held at Darien Baptist Church on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Jason Redd and Reverend Ronnie Powell officiating.
A fellowship will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Darien Baptist Church Children's Ministry, 1362 Hatchaway Bridge Road, Aiken, SC 29801.
The family would like to express our deepest gratitude to Joan and Krystal at Tidewater Hospice.
