Charles Simpkins Obituary
Graniteville - Age 71, entered into eternal rest on Fri., March 12, 2021 at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Fri., March 19th at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC. Public viewing will be held from 12 noon - 7:00 PM on Thurs., March 18th at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Min. Ellaree T. Simpkins; three sons, Charles Simpkins Jr., Ernest Lamar Simpkins and Dashaun Judge all of Graniteville, SC; two daughters, Kimberly (Gene) Robinson, Augusta, GA and Quanna Allen, Aiken; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; his siblings, Florence Bowers (Dr. Joseph), Albuquerque, NM, Jennifer Bennett (Eugene), Augusta, GA, Dorothy Dicks, Powder Springs, GA, Barbara McCarty and Donald Simpkins both of Aiken, Valerie Nesbitt (Donas), Smyrna, GA, Tammer Roberts, Columbia, SC, Tom Simpkins Jr., Aiken, Terrell Dugger (Steve), Waldorf, MD, Tanya Smith (Lee), Charlotte, NC and Rebecca Crawford, Charlotte, NC and a host other relatives.
The service will be live-streamed via the funeral home's Facebook page. Those who plan to attend the service, must adhere to social distancing protocols and wear a face mask. Friends may call his residence at (803) 663-7878.

Uncle Charles you will certainly be missed. Your smile and calm demeanor were a light unto all. To Aunt Ellaree and my cousins earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal. You have my deepest love and prayers. I love you dearly. May the Lord comfort and keep you.
