Mollie Jean Vaught Jackson, lovingly known by her family and friends as "Little Momma," "Aunt Fee," and "Grannie Fannie," was born on August 1, 1928, in
North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She was the beloved daughter of the late Odrick Vaught and Hattie Vaught. She passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026, in
Orlando, Florida, at the age of 97.
Throughout her long and vibrant life, Mollie was known for her boundless generosity and unwavering love for her family. She was a cherished matriarch whose presence brought warmth and strength to all who knew her. Her legacy is deeply rooted in the lives of those she nurtured and inspired.
Mollie's life was a testament to resilience and devotion. Mollie married Ulyssess Bellamy who proceeded her in death in 1955 and to this union they were blessed with 5 children-- Ulyssess Bellamy (Deceased) Betty Woods (Hookie) Charleston S, C, Josephine Washington (George) Lakeland, Florida, Joseph Bellamy (Deceased) Jean Vaught,
Little River, SC. In 1956 she married Air force veteran William Jackson who proceeded her in death in 1999 to this union they were blessed with 6 children-- Shirley Williams, Eustis, Florida, Donald Jackson (Deceased) Wanda Jackson Matthews,

Orlando, Florida. Mollie was proceeded in death by her father Odrick Vaught, mother Hattie Williams, Uncles-- Spencer Vaught Twin sisters--Pauline Williams and Margaret Stevenson. Grand children-Ramona Bellamy, Andrew Jackson (Peewee), Debbie Allen, Tyrone Bellamy, Leon Bellamy, Angela Cecil Bellamy, and Kenneth Wortham. She raised a large and loving family that continues to grow and thrive.
Her legacy extends through five generations: 33 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and an extraordinary 67 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Each carries forward a part of her spirit-her kindness, strength, and enduring love.
Mollie had a creative soul with a passion for ceramics, flower arranging, and making Christmas trees for family, and friends. Her hands shaped beauty from clay and blossoms alike. Whether crafting delicate ceramic pieces or designing floral arrangements that brightened any room, she found joy in creating things that brought happiness to others. She also enjoyed the simple thrill of scratch-off tickets, a small pleasure that added excitement to her days.
Those who knew Mollie remember her as the most giving person-someone whose generosity knew no bounds. Her heart was open to all who needed comfort or care. As her family lovingly says, "there will never be another Mollie Vaught Bellamy Jackson."
Mollie's beautiful life will be forever cherished in the lives of her family and will be missed beyond any imagination. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her while her beautiful soul takes its final rest.
