Beverly Chamberlain Obituary

With heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life beautifully lived, we announce the passing of Beverly Louise Chamberlain, who went home to be with the Lord on May 14, 2025 at the age of 83. Beverly, of Myrtle Beach and formally of Hebron CT, was born in Hartford, CT on April, 7, 1942 to the late Theodore and Ernestine Kean.
Beverly was a testament to unconditional love, unwavering faith, and selfless devotion to her family. She poured her heart into every role she held - sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, and most importantly, faithful servant of Christ. Her love for her children was one of her most beautiful traits. Beverly lived her life as a reflection of God's love and the spirit of the prophecy of the lion and the lamb--strong and courageous, yet gentle and full of grace, a quiet force of peace in a troubled world. She carried HIS light and grace throughout her life and touched the lives of so many others.
Beverly is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Nevers and Dawn Vigue; sons in-law Joseph
Nevers and Ernest Vigue, JR; grandchildren, Dayna Nevers, Daniel Nevers and wife, Kelsey,
Allison Carter and husband Kyle, and Lauren Vigue; brother and sister-in-law William and Sandra Kean; brother -in-law, Jack Soares, great grandchildren, Hudson and Ezekiel, and an extended family of nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Beverly was preceded in death by Nelson Chamberlain, her husband of 35 years, and her sister, Barbara, whom she adored and admired.
The service for Beverly will be held on June 7, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at Burroughs Funeral Home in Murrells Inlet, SC. In lieu of flowers, please consider sharing an act of kindness today, tomorrow, and every day.
