RIDGEVILLE, SC - The Management and Staff of THE SERENITY MORTUARY - SUMMERVILLE CHAPEL, along with the Spells family announce the passing of Mr. Oscar "Skeeter" Spells, 82 of Ridgeville, SC., who entered into the Master's Joy on Monday morning, February 2, 2026 at his residence in the loving care of his family. Mr. Spells is the beloved husband of Minister Anna Marie Council Spells and a veteran of the United States Army and a recipient of the Purple Heart.
