Ted Lewis Williams, 85, passed away on August 24, 2025. Born in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Lewis Aubrey and Ada Lee Williams and the husband of the late Millie Fisher Williams and Shirley Wilson Williams. He was previously employed with Pierce Motor Company as a salesman, was owner and operator of Cycle and Sports Yamaha Shop, Shoppers Hardware and retired as owner and operator of Fairforest Trim Shop. Ted was a veteran of the US Navy Reserves. He was a member of Masonic Lodge Fairforest and was a Hejaz Shriner. He was a member of Cliffside Baptist Church.

Survivors include his twin brother, Ned Aubrey Williams and his wife, Rita; a sister, Gayle Williams Tickle; and his nieces and nephews, O'Neal Tickle and wife, Lenora, Rita Hodges and husband, Jim, Nedonna Pender and husband, Blake, Tobey McGuffin and wife, Tonya, and Chad Williams.

Graveside services will be held at 2PM on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens with Dr. Jimmy Hilton, O'Neal Tickle and John Owens officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
