Jacquelyn Burnette Obituary

Jacquelyn Burnette Campobello, SC Jacquelyn Fawbrush Burnette, 83, passed away on Saturday, November 01, 2025. Born in Duncan, she was the daughter of the late Paul Ralph and Elaine Allison Fawbush and wife of Thomas Claude Burnette for sixty-four years. Jacquelyn was a 1960 graduate of James F. Byrnes, where she met her high school sweetheart, Tom and dated for five years prior to marrying. She was previously employed with Loenstein and Victor Mills, but most recently she was owner and operator of Professional Staffing. Jacquelyn was a member of Praise Cathedral. Survivors also include her two sons, Gus Patrick Burnette and wife, Terri Fry Burnette and Jeffrey P. Burnette and wife, Dana Atkins Burnette; five grandchildren, Chase Burnette, Jackson Burnette and wife, Emily, Worth Burnette, Wells Burnette, Arden Burnette; three great-grandchildren, Winnie Burnette (daughter of Chase Burnette), Kacey Burnette and Boone Burnette (children of Jack and Emily Burnette); and her caregiver, Merri McClure. She was predeceased by a sister, Nancy Jo Wiley. Friends and family will gather for a graveside service at 10AM on Tuesday, November 04, 2025 at Wood Memorial Park with Rev. Keith Kelly officiating.
