Beloved wife of the late Walter "Wladyslaw" Fasiczka. Loving mother of Yolanda (Bogdan) Komperda and Christopher (Melissa) Fasiczka. Dear grandmother of Brandon Komperda. Cherished daughter of the late Maria (nee Kotelnicka) and the late Karol Chrobak. Fond sister of Jozefa (Waldemar) Malessa, Helena Gacek, Maria Piszczek, Marian Chrobak, Stanislaw Chrobak, Kazimierz (Anna) Chrobak and Katarzyna (Zbigniew) Tyszko. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation, Friday, November 7, 2025, 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.
Funeral, Saturday, November 8, 2025, 8:45AM Prayers and Procession to begin from the funeral home to St. Bruno Church, 4751 S. Harding Avenue, Chicago, Illinois for 10:00AM Mass.
