Dear Shirley and family, I am really sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Billy since we were little fellows at Euclid Ave. Baptist Church, through Lake Shore and Lee. We were in many classes together. I will always remember Billy standing up for me when I was being attached by a bully at Lake Shore. He was that kind of fellow and we all shall miss him.
