Dear Family, I was so sad to hear about William and what happened. He was always super kind to me as a customer of Cactus, and always looked out for the best in his customer service. I did not know him very well outside of work, but he always said how he enjoyed following me on my Facebook to see my dance or karaoke events. We talked a little bit about his life over the years, and it was very clear how much he cared his daughters. He would say how it was great to have a twin brother , and how he took a shot at marriage and atleast tried it. I am divorced too so I can relate. I am confident that he is up in heaven, looking down upon us,and looking out for us. He was a great man who died way too soon. I am truly sorry for your loss. Keep your spirits up. God bless.

Harriett, I am so very sorry to hear of the tragic loss of your son. There are no words that can ease the sorrow that you and your family are going through. I met William at the carwash and although I didn't know him personally, I did know him from a business perspective. He was professional and always very nice and willing to help with any client concerns.

I pray that God will embrace you and your family, and give you peace in your heart to know that William is with the Lord. May God comfort you in the days and weeks to come.

Love,
Debbie Eckard
