Roy Graham Obituary

Roy Graham, 73, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Born on April 21, 1952, in Charleston, South Carolina, he was the son of the late W.D. and Betty Graham.

Roy was a dedicated and hardworking man who spent his career as a machinist at the Charleston Naval Shipyard before retiring. He was known for his strong work ethic, love for his family, and deep appreciation for the outdoors.

He is survived by his loving children, Jeanette Clair of Ladson, William Graham (Tracy) of Goose Creek, and Christopher Graham, Sr. of Summerville. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Katlyn Tackett (David), Shelby Barnes (Cody), Christopher Graham, Jr. (Madison), Dalton Graham, Krisztina Boyert (Larry), and Hunter Winningham; as well as five great-grandchildren.

Roy is also survived by his brothers, Gene Graham (Terry) and Curtis Graham (Maryann). In addition, he is lovingly remembered by his daughters by love, Tracey Graham and Beverly Winningham, and his son by love, Timothy Clair, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was loving known to many of the children in the neighborhood as "Uncle Roy".

He found great joy in horseback riding, watching old Western movies and television shows, hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors-especially on the river or in a tree stand. He will be remembered for his love of nature, his quiet strength, and the time he cherished with those closest to him.

Roy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
