William Duncan Obituary

DUNCAN, William William Gordon Duncan, Jr., 77, of Summerville, SC, husband of Sabra Williams Duncan, died Thursday, July 26, 2007 at his residence. Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon, July 28, 2007 at PARKS FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL at three o'clock. Burial will be in Summerville Cemetery. Friends may call at PARKS FUNERAL HOME this Friday evening from six until eight o'clock. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Francis Willis S. P. C. A., P. O. Box 1116, Summerville, SC 29484. Mr. Duncan was born July 12, 1930 in Aiken, SC a son of the late William G. Duncan, Sr., and Idetha McCullough Duncan. He attended Clemson and Georgia Tech. He was in the US Air Force and served in the Korean War. He was a retired engineer for Lockheed Martin in the missile and space division. Survivors include his wife, Sabra Duncan of Summerville; one daughter, Dana Duncan Winningham of Summerville; one granddaughter, Amy Lynn Winningham of Summerville; one sister, Marcia Lynn Brugger of PA; one brother, William Marshall Ouzts, Jr., of Florence, SC. He was predeceased by one daughter, Joni Gail Duncan and his step-father, William Marshall Ouzts, Sr. Arrangements by PARKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 130 West 1st North Street, Summerville, SC 29483.
