Dad, it's been 11 years. Seems like forever yet I can remember it like it was yesterday. Miss you so very much. Your strong arms and consoling hugs were the best. I always felt secure knowing you were there. Now it's a memory but I will never forget. Love you forever and always until we meet again. Mil.

Mom--We stood by Dad, this past year, and watched a strong man deteriorate to a shell of his former self. Even though we will miss him...we will not miss his suffering. The good thing is we have memories of him when he was strong and healthy and enjoyed life to its fullest. Those last months of his physical life were NOT him...just his body trying to survive until his spirit was called Home. Love you Dad...you will live on as long as your great-grandchildren thrive. The stories of your life will be passed down and your memory will live strong through all of us. Mom, thank you for the love you and Dad taught us. Through your devoted love for each other, you passed on a legacy that we plan to inspire in our children and grandchildren, and on. Thanks for the memories!

So very sorry to hear of your husband and father's passing. We all remember visiting with your family as we visited with our grandparents, Henry and Maggie Able. Such a talented man who was always there to help our grandparents and anyone else. May you all be comforted by the memories you have of your father and husband. Thinking of you all...
