Virginia Hardin Obituary

Virginia Massenburg Hardin HOLLYWOOD, SC - Virginia Hardin, of Hollywood, SC, died on October 10, 2021 in her home surrounded by family at the age of 90. Virginia was born on January 19, 1931 in Charleston, South Carolina to James O. Massenberg, Sr. and Priscilla B. Massenberg. Virginia was predeceased by her daughter, Charlotte "Diane" Mueller and her two sons, David E. Hardin and Richard B. Hardin. She was alsopredeceased by eight siblings. Virginia graduated from Saint Paul's High School and was employedwith the Ford Motor Company for more than 35 years. Hollywood Nana loved her children with all of her heart and devoted her life to her family. Virginia is survived by her son, Grady F. Hardin, Jr. (Kathy) and Nancy L. Amerson (Marvin), seven grandkids and 10 great- grandkids. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. My special heartfelt thanks to Brianna Moon and Dorothy Mueller for their devotion to their Nana/Granny in her final days. Arrangements made by Simplicity. A memorial service will be held at Rantowles Baptist Church at 4590 HWY 162 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on October 14, 2021.
