1 Samuel 20:18: Then Jonathan said to David, Tomorrow is the new moon, and thou shalt be missed, because thy seat will be empty. To our family, the Frasiers, we send our deepest condolences during this period of mourning and beyond. Vanessa belonged to all of us and she will surely be missed. In time, the grief will pass, and the light will shine more brightly and that is the gift of faith. Due to circumstances, we cannot be there with you today in person, but know that we are certainly with you in spirit. Be encouraged and we will remain in prayer and receiving of God's understanding. We love you all dearly! Respectfully and sincerely, Jimmie, Julease and Joel Smith

Ophelia, the children and I (James) are deeply saddened by the passing of Ms. Venessa, a dear friend and co-worker at St. Andrew's Episcopal Mission Church, 2257 Ashley River Rd, Charleston, SC. Venessa was a dedicated Christian and an ardent church worker, who brought love and compassion to our church community and our family. Dr. Maya Angelou reminds us in these words: "Try to be a rainbow in someone else's cloud." Certainly, Ms. Venessa was that person who became a rainbow in many clouds. May her soul rest in perfect peace and light perpetual shine on her. Amen. Our sympathy to the bereaved family.

To the family of the late Ms. Vanessa M. Frasier, c/o Mr. Alphonso Brown, I extend my deepest condolences upon hearing of the loss of "Miss" Vanessa. I often recall her serving as an usher at events for our choir, "Lowcountry Voices." Let it be a consolation to know that she is resting in the arms of our Heavenly Father for when "Praises/Prayers go up, blessings come down."
She will be sorely missed.
