Jim Doby was a great man who loved his family, SC football and so many great friends. He was a gentle giant who was very welcoming to me and so many others. I´m so thankful to have known him through his daughter Melissa. I was always excited to see him, when I heard he was coming to the tailgates. I saved my best Clemson jokes for him, knowing I´d get a laugh. Sometimes we would sneak " A toast to Carolina" out of the back of the tailgate. He always had the "Good stuff" for Carolina fans. He lived a full and wonderful life. I choose to celebrate the many good times we had and the impact his friendship had on me and so many others. Rest in Peace
